Well, the weekend is done, and so is the 2009 Central Canada Comic Con (also known as C4). I was helping my girlfriend Vanessa Fardoe of  Kurostudios.net had a table in artists alley and fared much better than last year.  We had the opportunity to meet many cool artists, such as Ryan Smith who writes a very witty in your face web comic “The Accursed Dragon“. There were lots of people and some nice attractions, such as the batmobile and ecto-1 from Ghostbusters. Adam west was there along with Julie Newmar and other interesting people!! It was a lot of work but a lot of fun. There’s lots of local talent which was nice to see! Next up is Shojicon ! Hope to see you there!

For all you guys who don’t normally wear a moustache (and maybe wanted to try it out) now is your chance! the word “MO” is short for “Moustache” in Australia. This is an event to raise funds for men’s health, specifically prostate cancer. 1 in 6 men will be affected in their lifetimes so it’s very important to raise awareness.

Thank you to everyone who purchased items for breast cancer awareness. Now it’s time to “grow the MO and be a MO bro!”
